I attended McGill-Toolen Catholic High School in Mobile Alabama. Played four years of volleyball and earned an athletic scholarship to the University Of South Alabama. Graduated with a Bachlor of Science in Physical Education in 1987, and then return to McGill as a teacher and coach. After eight years left mobile moved to Baldwin County to be a head coach at Robertsdale High School for one year, before I took the position at  Daphne High School. I no longer coach volleyball for the school, because five years back, I return to school to obtain a Masters Degree in Counseling. Presently, I am teaching the dance class in the Art Survey rotation, and Credit Recovery.  I do have to say making the switch to a full time classroom teacher has been a challenge, and I'm not giving up hope that one day I will get to use my counseling degree.
